When you place a menu order or submit a catering inquiry, we collect:

Payment Information

We do not collect, store, or process your credit or debit card details directly. All online payments — including the $250 catering deposit and menu order payments — are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and handles payment data under their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive only a transaction confirmation and, where applicable, the last four digits of your card.

Automatically Collected Information

Our site is hosted on Netlify, Inc. Netlify may collect standard web server log data at the infrastructure level, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes. This is governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy. We do not independently log or analyze this data beyond what Netlify provides for site management.

Local Storage (Your Browser)

We use your browser's localStorage to maintain your shopping cart between page views. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you place an order. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Fulfilling orders: We use your name, phone, and order details to prepare and coordinate pickup or catering delivery.
• Pickup coordination: We send the pickup address via the phone number you provide after your order is confirmed.
• Catering coordination: We use your contact details and event information to confirm your booking, communicate logistics, and process your deposit.
• Service communications: We may contact you about your order status, changes, or follow-up. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
• Legal obligations: We retain order records as required for tax and business accounting purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Stripe: Payment processing, as described above.
• Google LLC: Our menu is managed through Google Sheets. Order data is not stored in Google Sheets; only menu content (item names, descriptions, prices, and available sides) is maintained there.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order and meet our accounting and tax obligations, typically no longer than three (3) years. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
